• log into your account (use the form on the right side of this page)
• if you forgot your account info, click on the "help" button on the login form.
• once you have logged in click on the "all monitors" link (it's on the right)
• you will see a list of all pages you are monitoring.
• check one or more pages, and click "unsubscribe"
• that's it!
